  • Remote focus camera allows the image to be adjusted for optimal resolution regardless of the push camera head distance from the area being inspected.
  • Pan & rotate push camera allows you to scan the entire area being inspected, not just straight ahead.
  • Text annotation allows logging of inspection notes (serial numbers, dates, condition, location etc.). This saves time and allows for better reporting without the need to retype hand written data.
  • Interchangeable camera heads allows you to take replace the RiFlexio module with a smaller axial or pan & rotate camera depending on the needs of your application.

Process lines need to be inspected for condition.  The pan and rotate push camera is perfect for navigating the complex geometry of pipes and connections to check pipe walls, welds and joints for pitting, corrosion, erosion, cracking, scaling and other problems.

Cleaning Validation can be performed at pharmaceutical and chemical plants with Ritec pan and rotate push camera. Process lines at these plants need to be cleaned of previous product ingredients or the next batch may be contaminated.  The pan and rotate can negotiate larger pipes and long distances. The combination a pan & rotate camera with the ability to articulate will leave no area uninspected.

Steam feed lines need to be inspected for interior condition. The Ritec pan and tilt push camera can use the combination of pan, tilt and remote focus to see scale build up, pitting, corrosion, cracking and other defects with ease.

Locate foreign objects, loose parts and other debris in industrial piping. The Ritec pan and rotate pipe camera has the ability to navigate almost anywhere with the long length cable, articulating head, and pan, rotate and remote focus push camera head. Once the pan and tilt push camera locates the foreign material it can then be used to direct retrieval tools to remove the objects without tear down.
