MVIQ+ is Waygate Technologies’ flagship video borescope for inspections where dimensional measurement matters as much as image quality.

Real3D Measurement includes 3D Phase and Real3D Stereo. 3D Phase projects structured light onto the target to create dense, full-surface 3D data. Real3D Stereo uses calibrated dual-view optics and triangulation.

Compatible configurations measure crack length, depth, area, profiles, angles, corrosion, erosion, blade damage, clearances, and missing material. Point-cloud review helps verify cursor placement, geometry, planes, masks, and confidence indicators.
