MC360 Compact overview

The minCam MC360 Compact is the portable pan and tilt pipe inspection camera in the Rausch minCam line. Its 50 mm SK50 head is one of the smallest pan and tilt heads on the market, so it goes into 3 in. lines that fixed-view push cameras can only look straight down. The reel carries 100 ft (30 m) of 9.2 mm push rod, the 7 in. control unit detaches so the operator can work at the access point, and the whole system is light enough to carry up a stairwell or into a confined space.

Why the MC360 Compact

• Pan and tilt in a 50 mm head. Endless 360° rotation and 150° tilt aim the camera at joints, laterals, and the pipe crown without pulling the rod back for a second pass.
• Roll-In Device option. The RID steers the head into lateral connections so branch lines get inspected from the main without a separate access point.
• Detachable 7 in. sunlight-readable control unit. Function keys and head control stay in the operator's hands, outdoors in full sun, away from the reel.
• WiFi and the Rausch Viewer app. Live video on a phone or tablet so a second person can watch or capture at the access point.
• 100 ft (30 m) of 9.2 mm push rod on a stainless steel and carbon reel. Stiff enough to push, flexible enough for 90° bends in 3 in. (80 mm) bore.
• Pressure-tight to 6 bar (87 psi). The SK50 keeps working in flooded lines.
• Dual-frequency sonde (512 Hz and 33 kHz). A standard locator finds the head from the surface so the crew can mark the defect after the visual call.
• Up to 4 hours per charge on interchangeable Li-ion batteries, or run on AC.
