Website Terms of Use

AIT Products, LLC d/b/a Advanced Inspection Technologies
Revision 2026-08  |  Effective August 22, 2026

These Website Terms of Use govern your use of aitproducts.com. They do not govern the purchase of goods or services from AIT. All sales are governed exclusively by AIT's Standard Terms of Sale. Nothing on this page modifies, supplements, or supersedes the Standard Terms of Sale, and in the event of any conflict, the Standard Terms of Sale control as to any sale.

1. About This Site

AIT Products, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company doing business in Florida as Advanced Inspection Technologies ("AIT," "we," "us"), operates aitproducts.com (the "Site"), a business-to-business website serving industrial, commercial, and government customers. The Site provides information about and facilitates quote requests for remote visual inspection equipment, borescopes, fiberscopes, videoscopes, camera systems, accessories, repair services, and related products.

The Site is intended for business professionals, procurement personnel, engineers, and other commercial or institutional users. It is not intended for consumers or for persons under 18.

2. Quote Requests Are Not Binding

Submitting a quote request or inquiry through the Site does not constitute a purchase order, binding agreement, or contractual commitment by either party. All quote requests are subject to review and acceptance by AIT. A binding agreement is formed only upon AIT's written order acknowledgment and the customer's acceptance of AIT's Standard Terms of Sale. AIT may decline, modify, or cancel any quote request at its sole discretion.

3. Product Information Is Informational Only

AIT makes reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, specifications, images, pricing, and availability on the Site accurate and current. However, this information is subject to change without notice and does not constitute a contractual representation, an offer to sell, or a warranty of any kind. Actual specifications, pricing, and availability are confirmed only through AIT's formal quotation process. AIT is not liable for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in Site content.

Information on the Site, including in our Knowledge Base, blog, and video library, is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not remote visual inspection advice and is not a substitute for professional engineering judgment. Reliance on any information on the Site is solely at your own risk.

4. Acceptable Use

You may access the Site and download or print portions of its content for your internal business purposes. You may not:

  • Systematically retrieve data or content from the Site to build a collection, compilation, database, or directory without our written permission

  • Submit fraudulent, unauthorized, or speculative quote requests, or attempt to obtain pricing, product, or technical information through deceptive or unauthorized means
