Everything You Need Before You Decide

The AIT T Series is an HD video scope for remote visual checks in aircraft, plants, shops, power sites, and field service. Teams can set probe size, tube length, camera view, and light mode to suit each port, path, and part.

A hand joystick moves the probe tip. Damping control and a probe lock help the user steer through bends, tight gaps, and hard to reach areas, then hold the view in place.

Choose the Setup That Fits the Job

  • Probe sizes for small or wide access ports
  • Front, side, or dual views on select probes
  • Tube lengths for short or deep reach
  • White light for routine visual checks
  • A 6 mm UV and white light option
  • Monitor and probe modules that detach
T Series

Standard Visual Inspection

Configure white-light probes by diameter, length, and viewing direction for routine remote visual inspection.

TU Configuration

UV Fluorescence Inspection

Select the dedicated 6 mm probe to switch between white and UV light during compatible fluorescence checks.

The 5.1 inch IPS screen gives a clear live view at 1280 × 960. Select probe sets record 1280 × 720 photos and video. Tools for zoom, exposure, white balance, image turn, playback, and simple comparison help teams review and save key findings.

Optional Wi-Fi can send images to a phone or PC. HDMI can show the live feed on a larger screen. Two chargeable batteries give at least eight hours of use. An optional heat alert warns the user above 65°C and shuts the unit down above 80°C.

One core system can serve many assets, access points, view needs, and light based inspection tasks. This helps crews standardize training, capture records, and change approved setups as work demands evolve.

Review the specifications most buyers compare when selecting an industrial videoscope. Available probe dimensions, image resolution, depth of field, and viewing direction depend on the selected configuration.

Got questions?

Frequently Asked Questions

Can the T Series be customized for unique inspection requirements?

Yes. The T Series is available with multiple probe diameters, insertion lengths, viewing directions, and inspection modes, allowing configurations to match different inspection tasks, access restrictions, and equipment requirements.

What is the difference between the T Series and TU configuration?

The T Series is designed for standard white-light remote visual inspection. The TU configuration adds a dedicated 6 mm probe with integrated white and ultraviolet illumination for compatible fluorescence inspection procedures.

Do I need UV inspection for my application?

Not every inspection requires ultraviolet illumination. If your inspection procedure calls for fluorescence-based inspection, the TU configuration may be appropriate. For routine visual inspections, the standard T Series is typically the recommended choice.

Can AIT help me choose the right configuration?

Absolutely. If you can provide the equipment model, inspection area, access-port size, or even a photo of the application, our inspection specialists will recommend the most suitable T Series configuration for your inspection requirements.

What information should I have before requesting a quote?

Knowing your access-port diameter, required inspection depth, target component, and whether you need front, side, dual-view, or UV inspection helps us recommend the right configuration. If you're unsure, simply tell us what you're inspecting, and we'll guide you.

How long does it take to configure the right system?

Most recommendations can be made quickly once we understand your application. Our specialists review your inspection requirements and recommend the appropriate probe diameter, insertion length, viewing direction, and inspection mode before preparing your quote.
