PTZ90HD Inspection System Overview

The PTZ90HD is the most advanced portable high definition industrial tank and vessel inspection camera with remote control pan, tilt, and zoom. Now you can inspect dangerous and remote areas with incredible and detailed resolution from great distances. 

Perfect for inspection of mixing vessels for cleanliness in pharmaceutical, food & beverage and process plants, nuclear power plants, nuclear fuel production and national labs can inspect toxic spaces and fuel pools from safe distances. Oil refineries, gas and chemical plants can quickly inspect confined spaces, tanks and vessels for corrosion, cracks, pitting and other defects.

The PTZ90HD industrial pan, tilt, and zoom camera is a Full high definition 1080p image resolution better resolution with 80X zoom. Four times better than other systems. With the High Dynamic range, it takes a fraction of the illumination other systems need so you can see more detail at greater distances than other camera systems. The focus can be adjusted manually or automatically depending on the application. Powerful LED illumination with optional auxiliary LED lamps can add an additional 2450 lumens. This gives you the ability to view detail as far as 90 feet.

The PTZ camera housing is constructed from nickel plated aluminum for maximum durability and corrosion resistance. With a radiation reflective barrier for maximum life in radioactive environment. The camera also is pressure tested to ten bar or 330 feet under water. With a leak detection system to prevent potential issues. A Kevlar reinforced cable up to 150 allows you to insert the camera into confined spaces and remote locations.
