  • The multi-functional, portable VisionControl control panel allows carrying out inspections according to predefined standards, while the user can freely configure the text generator as desired. Additionally it is possible to record the inspection video or to take pictures. With a daylight viewable 800 x 600 pixel touch screen display including a virtual keyboard and intuitively operable control elements the VC200 offers everything required for a user-friendly, efficient inspection.
  • The light weight and compact design of the Industrial Rovver makes it perfect for power generation, petrochemical and other industrial applications where portability is a must.
  • The cable reel provides 200m (656 ft.) of continuous cable enabling the Rovver to go deep into industrial systems
  • The RX130 is fully steerable and allows the operator to keep the robotic camera system centered in the pipe without roll over and to turn 90 degree bends.
  • Integrated laser to determine crack widths allows measurement of defects and a better determination of damage to your industrial systems.
  • Add an optional elevator for inspection of larger pipes.

Wind Power requires regular maintenance to check for corrosion, pitting, cracks and other defects. The inside of wind turbine blades need to be visually inspected to see if these defects are in place. Other remote visual inspection method do not offer the distance or ability to inspect the large diameter and long blades.

New construction: Many power generating plant construction projects may present potential conflicts with existing underground utilities. Experience has shown that relying on information from old plans and records regarding the location of underground utilities may not be the wisest decision. Often, these subsurface facilities are not where records say they are or they are not shown on the records at all. Once construction begins, this inaccurate information can result in costly conflicts, damage, delays, service disruptions, redesigns, claims and even injuries should a backhoe hit an underground pipeline. Damage can be minimized by conducting a survey of underground piping using robotic pipe inspection cameras and mapping the location of existing pipelines and utilities with the sonde locator.

Nuclear Power Plants: Aging of underground piping and tanks has gained increased attention in the nuclear industry, particularly concerning piping systems that may contain some radioactive effluents or environmentally hazardous materials. The Nuclear Strategic Issues Advisory Committee drafted the Underground Piping and Tanks Integrity Initiative in 2010 to provide reasonable assurance of structural and leakage integrity of underground pipes. The Rovver robotic pipe inspection camera is perfect for inspections at nuclear power plants.

Process lines need to be inspected for condition.  The pan and rotate push camera is perfect for navigating the complex geometry of pipes and connections to check pipe walls, welds and joints for pitting, corrosion, erosion, cracking, scaling and other problems.

Cleaning Validation can be performed at pharmaceutical and chemical plants with Rovver robotic crawler camera. Process lines at these plants need to be cleaned of previous product ingredients or the next batch may be contaminated.  The pan and rotate camera can negotiate larger pipes and longer distances.

Steam feed lines need to be inspected for interior condition. The rovver robotic pipe inspection camera can use its pan and tilt camera to see scale build up, pitting, corrosion, cracking and other defects with ease.

FOSAR: Locate foreign objects, loose parts and other debris in industrial piping. The rovver robotic pipe inspection camera can use its pan and rotate pipe camera to view and locate more debris, and foreign objects than other remote visual inspection methods. Once the pan and tilt push camera locates the foreign material and attached motorized retrieval tool can then be used to remove the objects without tear down.
