Shipping & Delivery
Advanced Inspection Technologies ships all orders UPS Ground Service unless otherwise directed. International orders are shipped UPS Worldwide Service unless otherwise directed. Customers are notified on the day their order is shipped and provided with appropriate tracking numbers. All orders are shipped FOB: Melbourne, FL United States.
Privacy & Security:
Use encryption technology to ensure the secure transmission of any personal information you provide while using aitproducts.com. All transactions at our site are conducted using 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption. You can easily determine when you're sending data securely by looking at the web address (URL) in your browser window: the first few letters will change from "http" to "https" when you are transmitting information protected by SSL encryption. The "s" in "https" stands for "secure."
Secure Order Promise
We designed our Secure Order Promise so that you will never have to pay for any unauthorized charges to your credit card account, if those charges result from your authorized transaction at aitproducts.com.
If you are a victim of credit card fraud, the Fair Credit Act specifies that your credit card company can hold you liable for no more than $50 in fraudulent charges to your account. With our Secure Order Promise, you'll be reimbursed for any amount up to $50 billed to you by your credit card company for unauthorized charges to your account, if those charges result from an order you've placed at aitproducts.com. To benefit from this protection, you must promptly notify your credit card company of any fraudulent charges and follow the procedures for doing so as outlined in your credit card agreement.
Cancellations
If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, AIT reserves the right to charge a 10% cancellation fee before credit is issued. If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, the Product Return Policy Information listed applies. Orders which are refused at delivery will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above - including the return fee, our incurred shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee.
Returns & Replacements
Unused products may be returned within 10 days of delivery for a refund, minus shipping and handling AIT reserves the right to charge a 10% restocking fee before credit is issued. All boxes, packaging materials, and accessories must be in new, re-sellable condition or a fee equal to the cost of the damaged and/or missing item(s) will be deducted from the refunded amount. Be sure to ship any returned item in a box other than the display box of the item. Used or damaged equipment may not be returned. No credit will be issued for damaged or missing items not reported within 24 hours of receipt of delivery.
If returning a product, please include a detailed explanation regarding the reason for return. In addition, clearly mark the outside of the shipping container with RMA#xxxxxx (where "x" is your invoice number). Returns may be sent to the address found on your invoice. After 10 days, a 20% restocking fee applies. Credits may take up to 30 days to process.
Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes. Purchase orders are accepted. Terms of Net 30 are offered with approved credit. Please allow 24 - 72 hours for verification. Purchase orders with banking and trade references may placed online or be faxed to (321) 574-3814.
Government, state and educational institutions may fax purchase orders with billing and shipping information to (321) 574-3814. Standard terms are Net 30.
Do you accept international orders?
